In my WPF app I navigate from one sub view to another and then back. I've done this and so have other users in the past but today I got the strangest unhandled exception appear while I was navigating between these sub-views.

As far as I know no one else has seen this issue but me, so... what could cause this? I don't have anything with the System.Windows.Baml2006 reference on it...

I've been trying to find (to no avail) which of my reference from this list may be using this System.Windows.Baml2006 library. Unless of course, the error is a misdirection, and the real error is something else altogether.
This crash happened only once for me. I haven't seen it again since.
