Greenbone Community Edition - disable feeds

I am trying to configure OpenVAS using https://greenbone.github.io/docs/latest/22.4/container/troubleshooting.html

All works well, but I want to first download the feeds and then take everything to an offline system where there is no internet.

When I download the feeds and take them to an offline system, I get the feed syncing error. What should I do now? How can we skip the feed sync for the software?
