So I tried to generate an API key for Google Maps for my Flutter project. But every time I click on the Google Maps Platform or any of its services, the pop-up below always appears, asking for a separate Maps-only project and billing account for India.

I am not from India, so I have no clue why I have to do this (the projects and billing accounts are not from India).
Desperately, I tried to set it up anyway, but after creating a new project and a new billing account following the instructions, the same pop-up shows up again when I click on Google Maps Platform or any of its services. So essentially, I am in a loop; I keep creating projects and billing accounts, and it keeps asking for Maps-specific projects and billing accounts.
Has anyone encountered this before?
