I did encryptin with AES, got cipherText, key and iv. And I have wrote into .txt files.

All stuff in txt files look like this: dkfhepfGqW4fgheHjkjkdd69NkashgjtnBnh5f== , or like this: hgbXc47gghAs345gcghtkjkjRo= .

Is it ok? Can I use this stuf to decrypt data?
