Error 153 Video player configuration error

I know this question has asked before, but none of the suggested fixes work for me.

Embedding a youtube video in HTML still doesn't seem to work and I get a error.

With:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/WgqaxMOKfnI?si=jleqH2Xux7cPOJQc" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I get:

Error 153 Video player configuration error

I've tried this fix: referrerpolicy='strict-origin-when-cross-origin'

Is this a youtube thing? It seems like a well-documented thing that's being going on for months and still no fix. thanks.
